Beeing Clean Services LLC — Terms of Service

By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

  1. Services Provided

    We offer professional residential and commercial cleaning services as described in the app or on our website. Service availability, scheduling, pricing, and details may be updated at our discretion.

  2. Satisfaction Guarantee and Reclean Policy

    If any area was missed or not cleaned to your satisfaction, notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return to reclean those areas at no cost. Refunds are not provided.

  3. Payments and Fees
    • Payment is due according to the prices listed in the app at the time of booking.
    • Late cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment may result in a fee of up to 30 percent of your service cost to compensate our cleaners for lost time.
    • No shows or lock outs will also incur this fee.
    • All clients must have a valid payment method on file prior to services.
  4. Pet Policy

    Friendly pets are welcome to stay during cleanings. If a pet may become anxious or aggressive, please secure them in a separate area during the appointment. We reserve the right to pause or stop services if a pet poses a safety risk.

  5. Safety and Health Policies
    • We reserve the right to refuse or stop service in homes with unsafe conditions, pest infestations, unsanitary hazards, or any situation that may jeopardize the health or safety of our cleaners.
    • If the condition of the home is deemed extremely poor, including but not limited to hazardous waste, excessive trash, infestations, or unsafe structural conditions, Beeing Clean Services LLC and its cleaners may cancel the appointment upon arrival. In such cases a full refund for the appointment will be issued.
    • Cleaners do not clean bodily fluids, insect infestations, or hazardous materials.
    • Clients are responsible for securing firearms, valuables, and fragile items before service.
    • We do not move heavy furniture over 20 pounds.
    • Pet disclosure: Customers must disclose before booking if any of the following animals are present in the home: dogs, cats, birds, small mammals, reptiles, or aquariums. This information will be displayed in the job details so cleaners are aware in advance.
  6. Access to Property

    You must ensure we have access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot enter and alternative arrangements cannot be made, a lock out fee of up to 30 percent of the service cost may apply.

  7. Scheduling Changes

    Please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule or adjust services. Skipped recurring cleanings may result in price adjustments. Excessive cancellations may result in removal from our schedule.

  8. Damage and Breakage

    Accidents are rare but can happen. We carry general liability insurance and will investigate any reported damage. Please report any issues within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address them promptly.

  9. Independent Contractors

    Our cleaners are independent contractors and not employees of Beeing Clean Services LLC. We are not responsible for their activities outside services scheduled through our platform.

  10. Modifications

    We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the app and on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

  11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
